about download the installation package after signed

Hi~
I came across a problem that I had a application for symbian.
It has been signed.
Audit result is "accept", but where can I download the installation package after signed it?
The wiki says
"From the “My Submissions” link in your Symbian Signed account, you will be able to download the signed version of your application. "
But i con't find it from "submissions"->"my application"

The easiest way would be to use the received confirmation email. Did you get this kind of email?

Dear <email@address>, Your application (<application_name.sis>) has been signed. Please use the following link to download your application. Please note the download is only possible for a limited time.

Download link: https://www.symbiansigned.com/app/page/public/downloadapplication.pub?code=<some_unique_code>

I didn't received this email.
I downloaded the signed application after "Express Signed", but now how can i find it in "symbiansigned"?
My application ID is 113465 , I opened link "https://www.symbiansigned.com/app/page/public/downloadapplication.pub?code=113465", the webpage display
FAILURE:
The application you are attempting to download is no longer stored on the server. Please sign the file again through Open Signed

As i know , the application signed by "Open Signed" can't setup on a all phone.
I sended email to ask this question, but no any replay.
So, where download my signed application in "symbiansigned" ?

code=113465 is obvioulsy not the right code. The web application expects a long code, unique, and as clearly seen from the email I quoted, this code will only be valid for a limited time.
The answer you have got obviously does not apply to your particular case and no, you don't have to use Open Signed.

Have you sent your email to symbiansigned@symbian.org? If there is no reply from there, try nokia.testing at nokia.com
