Sis file creation error

Hi,

I got the publisher id from TC TrustCenter. And i follow the below link to create the certificate.

All is fine.When i am trying to create sis file manually in command prompt it showing ,
"Signature ignored,this option is deprecated...
Created PenguinIndia_S60_3_X_v_1_0_0.sis."
Please tell me what's wrong in my procedure.Please help me.

I used the below command to create sis file,

makesis PenguinIndia_S60_3_X_v_1_0_0.pkg PenguinIndia_S60_3_X_v_1_0_0.sis

When you had used makesis command than you got error ??? or when using signsis command.......???

Firtly you will try makesis -v PenguinIndia_S60_3_X_v_1_0_0.pkg PenguinIndia_S60_3_X_v_1_0_0.sis command.....and write here your pkg file....may be some problem in pkg file format...

Right, sis file is created.....after that use one more command signsis -s ....

Comment that line with ; ...after that use makesis command than signsis -s command....

This two lines are in my pkg file 25th and 26th,

This is not valid starting with S60 3.x / Symbian OS 9.0.
Use IDE's signing options or call

signsis PenguinIndia_S60_3_X_v_1_0_0.sis PenguinIndia_S60_3_X_v_1_0_0_signed.sis certificate_file.cer key_file.key [Password]

I used the below command also by commenting the lines of 25 and 26 but when i send it to express signing it showing the below error
"You uploaded a SIS file without any Publisher ID".

That means that you have used the wrong certificate & key parameters in the command. Do you have a Publisher ID certificate?

please help me where i will change the UIDs in my application.How to apply the UID For a commercial application ?I think my error is UID Problem.Please help me
