yes i heve the publisher id now in express signing it showing the error,

"Unallocated UID/SID: e2677065. Check that all the UIDs used in your SIS (including the UID used in your .pkg) file correspond to those allocated to you by Symbian from www.symbiansigned.com" i applied for UID in symbian signed but where i will change the UID"s in my Application

You will need to get protected UID from Symbiansigned.com ......and search UID in your application and replace with new protected UID..after that Run your application in devices before submission for express signing..

You seem to be trying all kind of things today If you do not have the RVCT compiler don't try to build using the ARMV5 configuration, use GCCE instead.

Ok, no worries, we can help. Have you managed to complete the GCCE build and to test it?
Btw, testing is needed unless you are 100% certain that you have replaced all the old UID3 references in the code (the value is hardcoded in several places, including MMP, *.cpp,*.h and *.pkg files.

i changed UID in my application i put protected UID in my application.when i am trying to install in phone showing "operation was rejected by the device due to an unknown device error ". I don't know whats that meaning.i replaced the UID in file *.mmp,*.pkg,*.reg but i do,t know why it showing the error.please give me the solution

That error message is from the IDE, but the IDE can't tell you much. Send the SIS file to the phone using bluetooth (or copy it to the phone by other means) and start the installation from there, then look for the actuall error messages displayed on device.

Depending on the phone used you may also want to have a look at http://blogs.forum.nokia.com/blog/lu...er-debug-guide

As for changin the UIDs, any tool that can do search for E1234567 and replace it with 21234567 in all the files in a directory will do. I use a tool called FART ( http://fart-it.sourceforge.net/ ).
Remember to clean and re-build the project after the change.

Actually this output does not contain the word 'error'. Yes, this enumeral mismatch appears in all Symbian releases, but that is just a warning (and the code works), though annoying.

But when i am trying to install in device it showing the error like this one " operation was rejected by the device due to an unknown device error " and also i try copy it to the device and try to install it showing "unable to install" i con't find what's wrong with that one.it realy troubling to me.please give me the solution.

Uninstall the old version of the app if still on the phone.
Have a look at the package file, make sure you have replaced the old UID3 from the private path as well (is is showing there but without 0x so you might have missed it at replace time).
