QA Passed - why not published yet

Hi All,

I have submitted one application for the review process. Which I found today has been Passed by QA Review. However item is not published yet. I received an email about updated Nokia Terms & Conditions which I need to sign and fax/email back to them.

Is this what preventing them to publish my application?

Any ideas

Just ordinary delays, I think.

My app has been passed/not published for six days, I received and returned the updated T&C four days ago.
