nokiaovisuite.exe hangs on winxp64bit and cannot find ovi maps app

Hello,

I apologize if this is the wrong place, but:
1. nokiaovisuite.exe(32bit) hangs on winxp64bit. I managed to login but after some time, the application just hangs.
2. where can I download the maps application to my phone X3?
3. nokiaovisuite.exe says cannot connect to maps app on phone. Install maps app and then reconnect device.
It appears however that X3 is supposed to come with maps app already installed
