I reside in China, and I want to register symbiansigned.com.

At first step, when I input my email address, it rejected.

My email address is "jrdnzsh@163.net".

I can't know the reason.

What kind of email address I must use?

Who can teach me with suitable examples?

Symbiansigned rejects email adddress from public domains like gmail, yahoo etc. And of curse they have applied some rules to find out which address to allow. Your email address domain is 163.net (they may be filtering all numeric domains).

Can you get (developer UID, .key, .cer, password) form symbiansigned.com and send those me?
I need 2 developer UIDs, and 2 selfsigned UIDs.

You should be reading articles in the wiki on exact instructions on how to do things. You cannot get UIDs by simply posting on a forum. You should ask your mobile operator and/or the police, Nokia as a manufacturer can not really help in that.

I don't want to complicate my life with police , I phoned one week a go at Nokia and they told me that I can have the option ,, black list ,, in this type of phone ! I just don't know HOW to do that .I wil phone again , thanks anyway !!!

I thought your phone got stolen and you want to disable its usage.
The blacklist feature probably means that you do not want to receive calls and messages from certain numbers. If you want to know more about this latter option, you could ask around on http://www.nokia.com/discussions, since that is the site where features and usage of various Nokia devices is discussed.

Yes , I don't want to receive calls and messages from a man , good knows who 's that man , but I think he's mad or he need help , I tried to talk to him , to stop , but no !My phone is ok , I just change it because this model is available with a black list. Sorry , I think I'm boring , I repeat again and again ....
