String index out of range: -1 in Referenced Colors window

I am using Carbide.ui 3 with symbian ^ 3 support.

After spending a week of editing - testing - editing etc. a theme for a symbian ^ 3 phone (C7) today I suddenly get this error:
An error has occurred. See error log for more details.
String index out of range: -1

I am using referenced colors for easier access to colors for different colored version of same theme. But basicly this bug do that I can no longer make changes to this theme unless I change it to NOT use referenced colors.
I hope there is some kind of fix for this.

I have now investigated the groups.xml file and found that some bugs had sneaked into the file which cause the out of range error. After correcting the groups.xml file it now loads in the carbide ui IDE.

I though still see some issues I also saw before the groups.xml was crashed.

In the Referenced Colors window I see main colors that is not created or even present in the groups.xml file, so there are some serious bugs in that part of the carbide.ui 3 application.
