What is the max and min height and width of a character in pixel in Nokia Mobiles???

That would be an incredibly difficult question answer. The sizes of fonts available on the device depends on model, firmware version, the region in which the device was sold, etc. Newer Series 60 devices support variable sized fonts, so the min and max sizes could be almost anything.

At runtime, you can determine the size of the fonts using the methods of the Font class.
