Support email address and support web site for app

How is the "Support email address" and "Support website" metadata for an app being used? It is mandatory, but for apps currently on Ovi Store I can not find a link to the web site and I don't know how to send email to the app vendor.

For you users who have apps on Ovi Store, do you get a lot of emails to the address you have specified under "Support email address"?

No it has never been used in my case, I reckon if there was a problem that needs support with the app (after a customer problem/complain for instance), OVI would contact you at that address rather than your OVI publish address, of course they can be the same address.
Customers don't see any email address, if they ever contact you which has never happened to me, they would do it through your website which link you normally include in the "About" section of your app/game.

It seems like Ovi doesn't use at all the website nor the email that is required. I feel they should. After all, those who made the app in the first place, should know better how to provide support. In addition, having some direct feedback from end users would help in future projects. Also, with all too frequent download and install problems with Ovi Store, it would be nice to know when something doesn't work, so that the issue can be fixed.
