Ovi store with express sign

i have developed one application.now i want to put on ovi store.to put in ovi store is it neccesary express signing to my Application?please help me.

I could not understood whether ovi publisher will sign system capabilities application for free .

whether system capabilites are freely signed by nokia ?

we developed application with WiteDevicedata capabilities . Is needed to express sign or ovi publisher will sign free of cost ?

you could also check the link, it clearly states that: To meet express-signed levels the content cannot make use any of the following capabilities: AllFiles, DRM, TCB, CommDD, DiskAdmin, NetworkControl, and MultimediaDD. , thus all other capabilities are acceptable.
