SMS listener

Hi everyone,

I've a doubt in JavaME. I searched previously many times and didn't came across to any sort of SMS listeners or INBOX listeners in Java ME. Is that so? Isn't there any provision for listening for incoming SMS or reading INBOX in standalone Java ME? is there any other APIs available to do this?

this has been discussed over and over on this board, so you will be able to find thousands of more detailed posts about why it is not possible

this is not possible to read from inbox but you can receive sms in your application by providing port number among with that it is near to impossible , but still can be made as airtel already using same system
