NFC Development in C7

How do I go about developing apps in C7.
Has anyone successfully deployed applications which can read the contents of a tag.

Nokia releases confirm that the NFC chip is capable to simply read the tag details but not write onto them until further firmware updates.

I have seen some of the versions of C7 support NFC (just don't remember what was the version, probably 020.016 ),
If you have possibility join Forum Nokia early access program, you can access information, example etc.

I have updated to Symbian Anna on my Nokia C7-00.NFC is switched on but it is not able to read Mifare
Card Ultralight.
NFC mode is switched on .Menu-->Settings--NFC Switched On..

Also I tried few Apps like NFC Creator and NFC Interactor but None seem to work.
I have tried a similar app on 6131 Its working fine It can read the Mifare Card but C7 cannot

How can I make NFC work for my phone or How can I check if NFC is enabled on it .Please help

Solved after using Sim card and restarting
