where is the new terms of Symbian Signed to be accepted?

i have logged into symbiansigned website at 2.1.2011 and can't find any term to accept!

it should be shown right after you log into the account.

Might be due to time differance it is not showing yet . We might have to try logging in tomarrow.

Considering that the email arrived yesterday, I was expecting it to show up as soon I logged in yesterday itself..its not yet showing even today...

I would consider it to be normal practise to send the email first, so people would have had time to read it before logging in, thus avoiding the supprise effects on the change. Anyway, I logged in just before I wrote the #2, and it indeeed did ask me for accepting the new terms.

Ignoring the rough and ultimate tone of your mail I considered to accept the new TOS. Surprisingly logging in to my symbiansigned account didn't gave me the chance to accept anything.

Now that I'm thinking, I propably have not used the account I tried for a year or so, thus if there has been any other things to accept, could indeed be that it was something older that I was asked to accept.

yes might be the case .. as till now i have not got the "terms and privacy policy" in any of my accounts.

I was able to see them there straight after logging in, but I was unable to accept. Whenever I clicked the Accept button I got this message
Access denied
Either your session has been expired (the session expires after a period of inactivity) or you do not have rights to enter this section of the website.
If you tried to login and you have recently registered your account may not be activated. Please check your e-mail for further instructions.
and after a couple of attempts I don't get the page with the Accept button anymore. I don't know if it was accepted succesfully (never got any confirmation message) or not.

Can anybody from SymbianSigned throw some light into this please?

Sorry I forgot to update on this thread..but yesterday I had checked again and logged in..and this time I saw the terms and conditions, Only after I 'read' through the terms and conditions, i was able to accept. No acceptance confirmations got (if i remember correctly), but i think its ok..May stand corrected if otherwise.

When I got the new T&Cs screen there I went through the reading and I was able to click the Accept button, but every single time I got that strange error message and after one of those attempts the screen with the new T&Cs info stopped showing up for me.
Should I understand it that as the info doesn't show up anymore the Accepting was successfull? It don't like that. On the last attempt I saw that error again, so I don't think it was successfull.
If this guy is correct - http://blogs.forum.nokia.com/blog/ri...se-the-service - then the whole accepting matter should be taken more seriously. I did not get any confirmation that I accepted the T&Cs successfully and I really don't want to risk losing all my UIDs and certs.

Anybody from Nokia / SymbianSigned has anything to say to this matter, please speak up!

Even we are facing the same problem. When we login to our SymbianSigned account, there is no place under the Legal / T&C option where we can accept the latest terms & conditions. Does the mere opening of the T&C conform their acceptance ? Can someone from SymbianSigned / Nokia please confirm the process for accepting the T&C.
