Well, the write to Ovi Publisher Support didn't help. Here is what I got:
So basically we have to write in the app description the support info (which, if I remember correctly, do not work as links but the user has to copy and paste them) and use our precious 500 characters for writing information Nokia already has but does not publish. I find this all rather strange.Unfortunately we are unable to process this request to remove the user review.
The Ovi Agreement between our End users and Nokia only prohibits reviews that
contain spam or irrelevant material to the content in question. Please note
that continuously removing user reviews may lead to a permanent banning of the
user’s account and therefore would leave the review intact unless the
guidelines in the Terms and Conditions are violated.
However, you may provide further feedback in the reviews by downloading your
application; this will enable you to provide your own review in your content
item profile and inform users of the proper support channels to direct all
troubleshooting inquiries to. We strongly encourage you to modify your content
item description to include your support website or email so as to provide
optimal support.![]()

Hi,
so do I. A button contact support would be more than helpful...

Well I complained about it and this is the reply I got:
While I think it would be more convenient for the end user if it would be in the app's profile, I suppose this is better than nothing. The support website link feature is currently in the works of being implemented
in the publisher's profile to provide customer support.
Cheers![]()

Well apparently they are able to remove reviews after all. It's just a pity that they remove the good reviews only.![]()

Hi,
if you ask me, the situation is more difficult: QA is probably overloaded, and does not want to open another arena (aka deleting unhappy reviews).
All the best
