    Can anyone point me to a place where I can get this file?

    All the Symbian SDK download links are broken too and the download links for their release notes as well. Actually it's hard to find anything that can be downloaded from Forum Nokia.

    The issue is real, I have also checked it yesterday. Unfortunately it is weekend right now, it may happen that fix comes only on Monday.

    That isnt the only broken download. I have found multiple. Carbite UI is broken also.

    I think the whole tools section is broken right now. I just noticed the S60 Edition is borken also.
