Installation fails, but one can still review

Hi Folks,
a friend of mine showed me something strange in Ovi today: the installation of an app failed, but he still could write a review.

The strange thing: Ovi showed "installation failed", and offered "write review" instead of contact support.

Even though I am no UI guru, I think that offering the user to contact support would be the more appropriate next step...

Yeah, this something that should be fixed ASAP. It's bad enough that the end user cannot contact the developer/publisher. Not being able to contact even Ovi Store support it's just a disaster. And I'm pretty sure that those "reviews", by people who weren't able to install the app in the first place, are going to be slightly less than stellar.

I fully agree.

The issue is: I am not sure if this will ever be adressed...
