Content file(s) updated in Ovi Store even though I did not submit it

I've been getting lately quite a few "[OviStorePublishing] Content file(s) updated in Ovi Store" messages for content files, even though I did not submit any updates. There is no explanation or anything. Rather strange, I would say. Is anyone else receiving them?

Yep!
The odd time a get a note, other times not.
For example I got this log after the Qt warning was removed from the description;

R45 (Content Item): 7 days ago Cary (VC-Mod)

Then I have others that give no description at all, I just see the "updated" message and revision update.
I have also seen updates done by something called "app wizard" that leaves a log but by the description its done nothing:

R10 (File): 26 days ago app changed SIS(X) file from 'WhatKnot.sis' to 'WhatKnot.sis'.

Who knows whats going on around here eh?

It happened to me once about a week ago. I was expecting another app the pass QA (for quite some time, as it is), and instead I received this message for this other app which I did not resubmit.

Well, it just happened again. But this time I think I know why.

Yep, happened to one of my apps last night too. They changed the name of the non-Qt app to "do not delete/modify" and set the "End date for published item" to Mon Feb 07 12:00:00 UTC 2011
Hopefully they will get the other one done soon too...

Yes, This has been happening to me too,
Two reasons this is happening are:
1. OVI has been changed to show "Note: You may be prompted during installation to download a large one-time update for your phone software." for Qt apps so you no longer need to warn about this in the description. OVI are removing these comments from the description.
2. OVI are now enabling some Qt apps for Symbian ^3 devices.
