Menu disappears after installing .sis

I am having a problem after instaling a packaged swf with kunerilite on a 5233 phone, the installed menu application just disappears, and I have to uninstall the .sis so it can go back to been viewed.
I've loaded the swf file as widget and as simple swf and it works fine, the problem comes when packing the sis.

I hope somone knows what is going on with this file.
I've only tested it with a nokia 5233.

I'll answer myself, I think it had to do with the sgv icon, I changed that only thing and it was fixed.
