Big application launch icon

how one can create as big application icon as possible. I have realized that mine and others app icons are much smaller than Angry Birds. What kind of trick does Angry Bird use for achieving that big icon?

could you post a screenshot to show how the icon is bigger?

You can try by increasing the width and height of your ".svg" file used as the Application Icon.

The SVG size should not matter. As long as the actual graphics fills the canvas the actual dimensions do not matter.
