I didn't ansswer because I did not understand the question. As far as I have read if your app is rejected by Ovi you can fix it and re-submit it.

I hope you understand that CAI's competition rules have nothing to do with the publishing process in Ovi Store. The competition is governed by its own rules and if you have queries about it you should direct them to the competition organizers.

If you cannot find a way to contact them through the competition web site, try posting in the General discussions forum, it is more suitable than this one.

As for this forum, you should read its content and use the shared knowledge to ensure that your submission succeeds in one go.
