    Hi to all
Can anyone help me the problems is that my Symbian Qt content file was going through ovi QA publishing and i recently just added new devices that i tested (no devices were removed and nothing else was changed)
the file is unchanged but still the ovi QA is now showing pending again
Does it mean My app has to go through QA testing again?
I already waited for 2 months + for qa to be completed

yep you have reseted the QA process by changing the distribution matrix......
didnt the BIG Message box saying WARNING you are about change the distribution matrix which will reset the qa process etc etc give you any clue about that?

    Thank you
But apparently i was just changing a assumed to work device to fully tested in the device family of Symbian 3 .that does not qualify as much of a change does it?
secondly i realized that they had said earlier that a device family needs to have at least one device set to fully tested or else QA will fail for that family but apparently it seems that they let all devices in the symbian 3 family be set to "assumed to work"
    without doing validation checking beforehand.
so naturally one might think it to be OK for it to be set like that

You should send an email to OVI support, insisting on the time you have already been waiting, and acknowledging your mistake of not realizing the "one fully tested device per platform" rule (I know it's unfair that they allow submission at all if that condition is not fulfilled) , and they may send a request to QA for your app to be tested in priority.

    Good luck!
