    hi,
    is there a easy way to use gestures for srolling via scrollarea.
    I have to use QT4.6.

    Short answer: No.

    Long answer: There are several "solutions" available. But nothing that works as smoothly as iPhone, especially on pressure-sensitive (vs capacitive) touch screens similar to those on most Nokia phones.
