My Nokia 22 connected to PBX (Panasonic TA616) extention line. I dial number from my mobile phone to nokia 22, hear signal PBX and dialing any extention number, but my PBX worked correctly with telephone in pulse mode.
My nokia 22 worked in DTMF mode.
How do on nokia 22 pulse mode.
I have Nokia 22 Configurator Software and cabel.

The dialing method that N22 will use in case of incoming call is selected with Configurator program. Select page "Extension mode settings" and set the "Dialing mode" to pulse mode. Now the digits that are recieved by N22 from remote end are detected (by N22) and then sent to PBX as pulse dialing.
