I got a mail from nokia OVI it say that you can become registered OVI Publisher at http://info.publish.ovi.com/?p=195 then they would need some agreement with you and ask about up to 5 IMEI numbers. they will provide u
> - Developer Certificate Key Pair
> - Developer Certificate Installer
> - Nokia assigned UIDs
you can use these for signing your sis and to install to device up to 5 device.

other way is you can buy publisher ID from Any treatcenter by paying some More fee at http://www.trustcenter.de/en/product...or_symbian.htm and use that as indicated at http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph...bian_Signed%29


and yes i think the prob with the open online signing service will be resolved soon after 1st of March so some can wait for that too.

Hi All,
I am trying to register into OVI Store from last 3 days.
I am able to complete 4 registration steps out of 6.
But while moving to 5th step (Payment), It throws following error:

We're sorry, but something went wrong.
We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly.

I Just wanted to know is this an known issue or i am doing anything wrong.
Is Any body able to register OVI in last 2 days?

I tried to register for OVI account. but i have no credit card

is there any way to pay 1 EURO from india through SBI(State Bank of India) net banking ?.

Yeah, I faced the similar problem. But, there is no provision to pay from SBI internet banking, you can try any other banks like UBI etc which supports VISA or Master Card.

The Visa powered ATM-Cum debit cards of other banks are the only alternatives to Credit card. I did using UBI ATM-Cum debit card.

yes i stuck there as i have no suitable option to choose

it shows many payment options .
unfortunately in the list of "countries of your bank" there is no India
