There is now an easier way to get a devcert for RDA devices

We have now implemented a new process to get a developer certificate for RDA devices. I've posted the usage instruction to here:

At this time we can't guarantee that the root cert is already pre-installed to all the devices, so you might have to use the provided installer (see step. 4 in the instructions. But the intention would be to have it already preinstalled on the devices). Anyways, I'd like to get some feedback on this topic. Do you find this useful, are the instructions clear enough, are there usage problems etc.

This is really useful and long-awaited feature
Now there is no need to generate a new devcert for each device at RDA.

Thanks. It was really difficult to generate dev cert previously. When I tried this, few devices did not have root certificate but installing RDA_cert.sis did the job.
