Ovi T&C states that:

"by submitting Content for the Program You grant to Nokia a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable during the term of this Agreement, royalty-free right and license to use, copy, publicly perform, display, and distribute the Content in connection with the Program."

Royalty free? Surely this only applies to free content? Can somebody from Ovi confirm what exactly this means?

I would take that to mean you can't charge Nokia for the distribution, but I'm not a lawyer and if you are concerned about any contract you should consult one.
