QA Response: Metadata disclaimer required

Hey All,

Quickly, I made a WRT application by basically adapting the provided framework from nokia (http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph...nnels_with_you!). We deployed it and we got this response from the QA process:

SUMMARY: The following disclaimer should be included in the metadata for the devices: N82, N95, N95_8GB and E90 Communicator to pass. Disclaimer: "Some Widget applications may not work on early device software versions (firmware) on some devices. To ensure this Widget application functions properly, it is recommended that your device is updated with the latest device software by using Nokia Software Updater." (public, Qa passed -> Qa failed)

I really don't know what this means and where i should place this disclaimer? In what metadata. I tried to figure this out but no luck so far...

Has anybody a clue what this is about?

From technical point of view, I would say that you shouldn't even offer the content to devices listed in the disclaimer, as the WebTv template is targeted only to Symbian^3 devices.
