But I have not got the bank payment and invoice mail even now, today is 28.02.2011.
    Email to publishtoovi.support@nokia.com,but no reply!
I want to know which time I can get the payment?January is my first payment month!
Guys,I want to know if you got the payment and the invoice mail?????

    your revenue has two parts
    revenue from operators payment
    revenue from cards payment

As operators transfer money to ovi 5 months backwards, ovi can send it after 5 months.
But if you set up billing method to cards payment only, ovi will transfer you revenue every month.
It's on you what payment method do you prefer for your customers operator billing/ credit card

    You have been answered already...
You will only get paid AFTER nokia has received all the money from the operators... (unless you passed 100 euro with just CC charges which i doubt it)
operators payment to nokia can occur up to 6 months later from the day the user purchase your app (operators sux i know... they stall payment to their suppliers but they charge from the customers ASAP).

well then i guess there are a couple of reasons for this.
    a. maybe its because this is your first payment usually this goes through the nokia finance department for verify bank acc.
    b. your bank account information is incorrect.
    c. you are confused over all cause in a previous thread you wrote you did get invoice and here you wrote you didnt get invoice.
    d. you have the highest return rate ever and out of those 1300 euro 1201 euro returned to customers.

    p.s.
what are your content items? 1300 euro is very nice considering Ovi store (if you dont mind me asking... got link?)

Don't be ridiculous. Unless you are selling QuickOffice premier , making 1300 euro in a month is just a dream. Wake up!

Really? We are selling only one application published in January and made more than 2000 euros in February. I guess the top-10 best selling apps make more than 5000 euros a month.

Wow. I must be doing something wrong...
Is it a game, or and application?

It is an application. I don't want to tell the name and therefore invite more direct competition but I can tell it has been in top-5 in it's own application category.

Thanks, but unfortunately we are facing the same issue as magine - no payment for Januray has been received. In January we made bit less than 1000 euros so I assume we should receive something?

Also, are we supposed to get an official report from Nokia? That csv-file we can download from Ovi Publish is not very nice. For example I would like to know if VAT has been already paid from the revenue we receive. Does anyone know about the 'official' reporting?
