Hello, this is Leo. I'm new to this forum and I'm posting on behalf of VVA Consulting and DKE Aerospace which are developing a technical toolkit on behalf of the European Commission. The Toolkit will allow mobile applications developers to improve the positioning provided by GPS in their apps. It will include an open-source specific library which will ensure that benefits granted by the toolkit are freely available to everyone once that it will be developed.
