    We have problem trying to use Nokia 22 with PBX LG GDK-162 in extension mode. When outgoing call is made to ext. number where Nokia 22 is attached to we receive busy tone. Seems like Nokia permanently make line busy. Incoming calls however available.
    We tried Configurator Software (ver 1.0.6.1) to setup terminal properly but no results.
    We noticed that Nokia 22 operate normal when connected to computer by configurator cable (regardless of configurator software running or not) (!!!!!).
    Your suggestions?

    P.S. We also posted this message at nokia22.feedback@nokia.com but received no reply. Where your support is?

    You should make grounding cable so that the
    cable is connected from the pin1 of the trunk connector to the ground.
    This should remove the problem.

    When you make outgoing call, what happens when you dial the extension number where the N22 is connected. Is there any delay or does the N22 answer right away?

    What is the name of the PBX you are using?

    I'd like to install Nokia 22 in italy and sell it who can suggest a contact in nokia, the sale in Iatly don't know this product
