unable to submit .zip file for certificate signing...

Dear Sir,

I want to submit our application to Symbian signed for Certificate signing. I have UID, Certificate & Key.

When I try to submit our application its gives “System Error“ at the time when I finished the submission.

please how to handle this issue & when ever i drop mail to symbian at <symbiansigned@symbian.org > email id its gives failures message.

please suggest where we drop mail for handling such issue.
