How to publish an application?

hi,all
I wrote a program which record the video(without audio) with the camera on 7650 and send the video clip to a server on PC through bluetooth as recording progresses. The advantage of the program is the video saved in a pc instead of the phone.
So the video can be saved as long as there is space in your pc.
What should I do if I want to share the program with others?

Thanks for your answer. I just wrote the program as an exercise and wanna share it free. Therefore, I wanna know is there any ways for people who may be interested in the program accessing the program easily.
