    How can i let picture 30 or other degree or rotate reference by time??

    Currently, Nokia DirectGraphics Interface only support fixed rotation values (90,180,270).

    @see DirectGraphics.DrawPixels(), drawImage().

    I observed that Rotating goes in front of Flipping i.e. DirectGraphics first rotates the picture and flips it after.
