Advanced VOIP settings for E72 Missing

Dear All,
i have been trying to cnfigure my E72 t make calls over VOIP. However I seem to have a command missing "Advanced settings for VOIP" can anyone help

pls open this link, scroll down until step 3, you ll see zip file for adv voip settings. Download this zip file,unzip and you ll see sis. file, install this file to your phone via nokia Ovi pc suite, reboot your phone, then go to settings>net settings and you should see Advanced Voip settings over there. Further config carry out as asked by your voip service provider.
