Ok, reformat a question: is QtMobility able to incapsulate video stream to RTP/RTCP and send over inet?

As far as I know Mobility is not able to do that.
On Maemo/MeeGo you can do that directly using GStreamer. No idea about Symbian.

You can do video streaming in Sybmain also. I have done using RTSP
