so if the signing criteria is the thing that you need to match in order to pass the signing procedures, and you can not find any test criteria that you would fail to meet, then, at least I can not see any reason why you would not pass the testing. AFAIK symbian signed is well defined, and if you don't fail on the publiched most uptodate criterias, there should be no problem.
