Why would you need to send it to Web browser ?, WRT Widgets are basically browser based applications, thus you could use them to show content similarly as with Browsers. Anyway wiki has good examples for WRT, thus maybe you should check them and see what you can do with WRT Widgets.

Can you explain what is the actual thing that you want to do, and why would you need to open a Web browser, is there some actual resoning behind it, or have you just not looked into what WRT widgets really are ?
