    Hey guys,
I am new to develop mobile applications on Nokia devices, forgive a beginner, but I need some information about Nokia devices. I want to know which 3D graphics library can be used to develop an application on Nokia with Java? Also I want to know whether it depends on the model of Nokia?
Many thanks for your attention and advice!

There is "JSR 184 Mobile 3D Graphics API for J2ME™". Its availability is certainly dependent of the device (or at least the platform version), so does its performance. It also has multiple versions apparently.
You can search for devices with specific capabilities, if you open Devices above, select "Device specifications", and pick the blue "Expert device search" link. "APIs" group is where you can search for Java API-s, it also helps to have an overview of supported API-s on Nokia devices.
Note that you posted this thread into "Symbian Media (Graphics & Sounds), however it is actually located in "Symbian C++" set of boards. There is a Java-specific set, I will move this thread there now.

Note also, that on Nokia devices JSR-184, whether JSR-184 supports hardware accelerated 3D graphics or if it is a software-rendering implementation, depends on the device (whether the hardware has 3D hw acceleration or not).

There are some performance tips in the wiki, though these may refer to older devices. More information is in the developers' library (see Java, Implementation Notes).
