    Hi all,

We are currently having issues with trying to set float CSS values on our elements within our apps.

According to the W3C CSS mobile spec (http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/CR-css-mobile-20081210) this should be supported, but on render within the device and simulator they seem to be removed.

Is this by design? If so, are there any suggested work arounds?

    Hi,
Unfortunately CSS floats are not supported in this release.
See Chapter 3.1 - Page layout, in S40 web apps best practices guide: http://www.forum.nokia.com/Develop/W...web_apps.xhtml
