    "Your data is being transferred over to Nokia, please wait one hour and then try again."

    I login my account on 4/11 morning
    And I cannot login at least
    Can Nokia Tech Support Team help checking my account when will finish to transfer from old system?
    Our AP is waiting to release now, and it's very critical...

    Today....I still cannot login from 4/11
    I always see this damned message...
    Login failure
    Two possible reasons:
    1. Your data is being transferred over to Nokia, please wait one hour and then try again.
    2. Your account does not exist in the system.

    Wait one hour and then try again ?
    We are very very very disappointed............
    If we lose commercial interest due to this issue, can we request to indemnify ?

    GPSSTAR_Tyler, you have had plenty of time, like everybody else, to approve your account transfer from the Symbian Foundation to Nokia. Yet you haven't done it.
    I agree that this is very unfortunate situation but it must be that the team in charge is indeed busy and the procedure may in fact be quite complicate (like all things of this nature are) so there's nothing else to do but wait.

    Do you mean that I need to do something to approve or confirm the transferring for my account ?
    How do I approve or confirm this ?

    That stage of the transition was finalised long time ago, and I don't know if on 4/11 you have done something about it or not. If when you attempt to log-in there is not yellow box showing up on the site with indications on what you could do next, then I have no clue what can be done.

    I will ask the team to look into this.

    My last log-in and use my account is 2010/11

    And on 4/11, I log-in my account and then find Log-in Failure Message and didn't see any yellow box
    I use browser as IE9.0 and Google Chrome 10.0.648.204
    I think maybe it's browser issue....

    Ok, please help to check my account, how should I do now.....

    Hello,

    Your problem is now fixed there were about dozen users whose data was jammed during the transfer. That is now fixed.

    Hello.

    I have still same problem. My symbian signed accound ID is 'app.admin'. Please check my ID and let me know what I need to do.

    Hello,

    Your account seems to work OK (was able to access it without problems, even you do not seem to have anything in there). The e-mail address associated to your account is "your account ID @ your company's domain". If you request for a new password you can find it from that e-mail address.

    My account is 'app.admin@lge.com'. I requested new password and just got new password before. So I tried to login but it failed. What's wrong?

    Hello.

    My account is 'app.admin@lge.com'. I received new password from symbian signed. But login was failed. Please check what is going on and what I can do. I need to check UID to make sis file for requesting test house. Now I can not do anything.
