Apparently, the expressions of gratitude and appreciation are not very frequent in this forum, huh? Anyway, I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to OVI Store support team (especially to Ovi.Andrew, Ovi.Kevin and Ovi.Stewey), as well as Forum Nokia team and members (especially symbianyucca) for the best publisher support experience I ever had (and this is not the first publishing experience for me, believe me).

Thanks for the kind words, most often it appears that people who have negative feedback are most vocal, thus it is really nice to hear positive feedback here sometimes. We'll keep on improving, and while there are problems encountered, of cource we will help on solving them.

Yes, things do seem to be getting better as far as responses from publishtoovi support, I was pleasantly surprised on the last submission I made.
Also sales this month have broken any previous monthly records on Ovi which is great! And a good sign in my opinion...
Though there is still much work to be done to make the Ovi store great, it is nice to see things moving in the right direction.

As an aside, it's obvious why negative feedback is more common for a commercial service.
