received set of UIDs and developer certificate from Ovi Publisher Support. It seems like ProtServ capability not included in certificate?
Trying to use Startup List Management API for symbian c++ application and it fails to install with "Constrained by certificate" or something like this.
What to do? Is it should be special request to the support team to include extra capabilities or..?

Startup List Management API should not require ProtServ, anyway capabilities that can be used with Ovi signing are the ones that can be used with Express signing, and that should include the ProtServ as well.

Developer certificate from Ovi Publisher Support usually contain IMEIs that you sent while requesting certificate. So make sure that IMEI of your device (on which you are testing) is included in certificate. Startup List Management API for Symbian c++ just require developer certificate, it does not require any capability.
