deploy app to device with URL

hi,
I wanna debug my app in my device, but I have no Bluetooth Module.
In WDE , I deploy my app, and get the url : http://goo.gl/Y5uZE&type=webapp1_0
But When I visite the url in the ovi browser , I got the error msg:
404: Page not found – the page http://goo.gl/Y5uZE&type=webapp1_0 does not exist.

What's the problem? How can I install the app in my device?

A couple of questions:
Which version of Web Tools you are using?
Ovi Browser version and target device? (Tools -> About)
