How to create slider buttons for volume display and seekbar display??

I am not getting any good link regarding this topic for how to create slider buttons and seekbar which should display the song elapsed....

one way to do it would be to use pictures, just have a one picture for the slider background, and one for the sliding element. Then just use dragging events in pointer handler to move the slider.
