Ovi reports not working?

I got this reply from nokia publish

"Thank you for contacting Ovi Support.

We are notified the reporting system issue and have raised to our Development
team to look into that immediately. Once it is resolved, we will get back to
you as soon as possible.

I'm having the same issue, I've published an app last Friday and I know for a fact that has seen some downloads due to Ovi Store reviews, media reviews and twitter chatter, I've also bought it myself and friends to test the reporting but I still got 0 purchases. The funny thing is that detail reporting per device shows different figures event though they tell me I have 0 downloads/purchases. I wrote them from my account (Support->Contact Us) and also by email but I got no response from them for two days now. On top of that is was pirated after 4 days in Ovi.
Unlike some of you I don't have a history of how the application went download wise so when reports will be fixed they can put any value there...nice work Nokia.

Has anyone got a payment from Nokia? We are with Nokia from February and revenues over 550 euros but not received a payment still.

I also don't see any sales after 14th of June, 2011. Free apps, however, seem to work normally.
