It would be nice if you could disclose what these errors are all about. Transparency is key here. Much easier to have patience if we knew what's going on. Because we are beings of knowledge, understanding makes it easier.
During the server maintenance with Nokia Publish, the online reporting tool had not been fully restored. Nokia Store is a global distribution channel with over 10 million downloads per day and provides operator billing in 46 countries and credit card billing in 192 countries. Many transactions are processed each day and during this outage, the data was not fully processed to be displayed in your Nokia Store reports.
We have managed to get the tool up and running again, and in this period, we are synchronizing both systems so that the data is repopulated to your reports.
