Ovi reports not working?

Our average purchases per day has dropped by 50% compared with that before the report broke down. Anyone else has the same problem?

Fortunately, not in my case this time. There is some drop in purchases, but this is a result of accidental unpublish two of my apps.

Hi,

I am having problems accessing reports in the last few days. Other parts of the publishing tool appear to work ok, but reports just never come up. When I click on Reports, the page fluff comes up but the frame where the data should be remains empty. Never seen this happen before - it used to take long to load, but it would load eventually.

Perhaps another reporting bug?

I don't know if 50%, but a big drop, yes.

After the Sep-Oct problem I saw a drop of -60% (Although there was another factor then, I ended a sale. But I compare it to the figures before the sale). It recovered slightly in Nov, but still half of what it was before, then in Dec a drop of -33% compared with Nov, which was bad by itself.

I don't know if this is a side effect of the reporting problems, or other changes done in the store at the same time, but it's disconcerting. More so without being able to know if this is an error or not, and if not, what the cause is.

publish.ovi.com appears to be working normally, but reports.ovi.com is completely down. That's why we are unable to see any reports.

Same here... december sales and revenue less than 50% of november. And again I can't access the reports since dec 24.

Report maintenance goes on for two days now. I guess there's no data problem once again and they show "maintenance" not to drive people nuts.

There is. Reports are back but no update in paid content since December 24
