Ovi reports not working?

Guys, guys, guys... I have told you repeatedly (post #232, for one ) they did not fix anything. They just manually repopulated data and resigned themselves to this manual process ever since. Now it's even worse because not only do we not have data, but the whole server went down.

The whole team dealing with this should be fired today. This is a real shame because for me, Ovi makes about 3 times more than Android Market and about 5 times more than App World.

Ovi makes good money for me too... But these regular statistics problems are really frustrating.

We got paid twice this month, so I guess I shouldn't complain, but I would have wanted to know if there was any kind of upswing of downloads for christmas time. I guess we'll know when subcontractors come back from their bonus vacations (I'm guessing that bonus is paid for the hours worked, not bugs fixed )

I got 50% down in sales in December :-(
Maybe it is just time of the year? ..or symbian devices lost of popularity?

It seems, no, because my sales was approximately the same as usual for published apps, no sales drops. I got also increase in purchases last week, because of Christmas time, I think.

Almost. We're in the last stages of this restoration process; the reports should be fully functional in a few days.

My reports went a bit crazy today..I finally got the data for 2012 but there are:
1. wrong number of the number of all the time purchases in comparison to csv data
2. in monthly reports i got purchases that have estimated revenue and countries values assigned to them but no numbered value for the number of purchases...just number 0 next to them.
