Nokia 6030 compatibility with Carbide.ui Series 40 Theme Edition 5.0

Good day to everyone in Forum Nokia.

I created a theme for my Nokia 6030 using Carbide.ui Series 40 Theme Edition 5.0 and packaged it using "Series 40 Theme 2.0".

After that, I downloaded it to my phone, but it says that the theme is corrupted.

Is it because there is something wrong with the theme or is my phone incompatible with themes created using the said software?

Find your device's os and first using https://www.forum.nokia.com/Devices/ then customize your theme for that OS ,there are options for Diffrent Os types in Carbide also ensure that theme size remain as small as possible

Hello Mario,

6030 themes can't be done with Carbide.ui as the phone came out in 2005 and is therefore just too old to be supported by Carbide. Instead, you'd need the ancient Nokia Theme Studio 1.2. Not sure if it is still available anywhere, perhaps you can find it via Google. Anyway, the programme needs to be registered after 14 days to use it further on, and it's doubtful if Nokia still offers that registration option in the meantime.

Thanks for the advice. The theme I created using S40 Theme Studio 1.2 worked on my Nokia 6030.
