How to hard format Nokia N96?

My phone hangs every times. I reset the mobile soft format *#7370# but it didn't help.

Please give me steps for Hard format or other way to format.

Any help will be appreciated.

Turn the phone off, press and hold the green (talk) key + number 3 on the keypad + the * (asterisk) key and then, while you keep them depressed, turn the phone back on. It is a bit tricky without three hands, so it might take a few tries. You'll know when it succeeds.
